"Well it was the best of times, it was the worst of times. What seemed like a pretty straightforward faucet installation turned into a cluster. The cheap plastic stopper kept leaking under the cabinet. I contacted Ken, better known as Mr. Fixer Upper, at 7 pm that evening. He responded very quickly and said he would come the next day to fix it. This was surprising because usually, you get some kind of excuse that it will take days, they are busy, etc... Ken came back to fix the leak, but it didn’t hold, so Ken came back promptly again and installed a new faucet at no charge. This gave me peace of mind, and I never had to struggle to get in touch with him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. They really did the right thing."
